The game isn’t working

Whenever I join the game it legit refuses to load. I have waited for over 20 minutes and it never loaded, I am completely unable to play the game. Also another bug is whenever you’re in the mines, you can spawn on top of the map upon death and you can’t do anything but quit the game.
