Are there actually interracial gangs out there?

So obviously saints row isn't known for its realism, but from what my white, from the suburbs (man I'd make a great Westside roller) self has seen from other media/docs about gang warfare, saints row has 2 glaring inaccuracies in it. That might be too big to be ignored. The irritating part is it could have been a simple fix or a one line of dialogue that could have corrected it.

  1. Gangs are local. They're not "the saints" they're "the third street saints" meaning in SR1, their territory should have ended when you left mission Beach. There would be other saints out there, in their local neighborhood, but there wouldn't be a don/godfather of all saints like Julius or later the boss. ... There's an interview afro man did about being an 8trey crip, and he said his biggest rivals were the rolling 60 crips, not the bloods. If you want larger scale operations, you'd need to look at more of a Mafia look, which street level guys might still look and act the same way, but not at the top. From what I can tell anyway.

  2. Gangs are a single race. Or if a member isn't, it's a 1 off special thing, and not normal. The fact that the saints are a rainbow ethnically speaking, I'm sure has to do with player agency and the type of person you create, so it's fine. Just funny it's never addressed that every gang except the saints keeps to this.
