Leader position in GAC

Hello, all! In GAC, my opponent had an Inquisition team with Reva lead. I managed to kill her with my Traya team, but lost the battle. In a second match, does someone else pick up the leader slot or do they fight leaderless? And what team would you recommend I use, considering they have the Grand Inquisitor datacron?
