New roofing sales job

Hey I’m 19 and I just got a roofing sales job in Canada, Quebec. I wanted to know if my salary makes sense. So it’s 25k CAD base + 3% commission. I don’t know if it’s relevant but I won’t be doing any D2D, only prospects that reached out to us. Thank you guys.
