Qs about Reggie's

Got a last minute ticket, first time for this fest. It's looking like taking Reggie's shuttle is going to be my best bet. Just a few questions...

Do you need a wristband? I saw some comments about getting one but others suggested this was more of a hop-on / hop-off situation.

Can anyone talk about the parking situation around Reggie's? Planning to arrive mid-afternoon and wondering what availability and safety issues to consider. Any tips? EDIT: Looking around, I see lots of Park Chicago boxes, but it seems there is a 5 hr limit :/
