How to get Gen parts put on rep?

Was looking to get a Cartier santos as it’s been my dream watch and if I like it enough after wearing for a month or two wanted to upgrade to a Gen dial,bezel,crown and maybe screws as well. Later down the road I would be looking to put a Gen steel bracelet on it, do I have to just find a watchmaker willing to do it for me?
