Performance issues with pcvr

I am having a performance issues on my pc ever since I bought quest 3(not really visible on video, but really visible in the headset). My specs are nvidia geforce rtx 4060(8gb Vram), i5-14400F, 32gb ram, etc. I had a quest 2 earlier and played pcvr and with it and it was really good, but with the quest 3 things got really bad. I've tried all the stuff: reinstalling everything, lowering the resolution, hzs, contacting support doesn't really helped.
