Weird sound from a VZNEK cable

I had quest 2 earlier and was connecting to pc through VZNEK 16ft cable and it worked great, but when I upgraded to quest 3 and plugged this cabel in, it has some weird noise coming from it, like an infinite high pitch beep. What could it be?
