Looking for stolen watch

My late grandfathers watch got stolen off my wrist during a night out some time ago and, although it won’t be the same, I want to buy the exact same watch as he always wore.

It was a white/grey Seiko with titanium written on the dial and a metal bracelet. I think it’s the SUR369P1 but this is only in 40 mm and I don’t remember it being that big on my wrist.

Could it be that there is a woman’s variation of this watch or that vintage Seiko watches were smaller?
