Could dental biomechanics solve posture problems?

I’ve been going down a rabbit hole about forward head posture (FHP), and I came across a perspective that feels a bit different from the usual posture advice we see floating around.

I figured it might make for an interesting discussion here because it really challenges the traditional approaches to fixing FHP—and honestly, it’s given me a lot to think about. FHP isn’t just about poor habits, weak muscles, or device use ("text neck"), as we’re often told. Instead, this perspective claims that FHP is a symptom of biomechanical collapse, and the real root cause lies in your dental occlusion, aka the alignment of your teeth and bite.

I know it works wonderfully for many people! I just think it’s fascinating to explore every angle, even the less-talked-about ones, and this seemed worth a closer look.
