Best Wigglytuff Build

Hey y’all, I’m looking to build a strong E4E Wigglytuff for my teams. These seem to be my two best options, but I’m not sure which is worth investing in. Both have a nature for main skill use, but their sub skills differ. Both have potentially valuable sub skills. The first is shiny. Would be interested in people’s input!
