Considering rhinoplasty but terrified of a Jennifer Grey situation (looking completely different). Anyone have rhinoplasty to keep your same nose shape, just make it slightly smaller overall? Happy? Worth it?

New to this sub, thought I would try to ask a question even if it sounds stupid. I've always had a nose on the bigger side, but never considered plastic surgery because it fit me. As I've gotten older, though, I've naturally lost volume in my face and my nose just looks so much bigger. I still wasn't considering rhinoplasty seriosuly because, as I said in the title, I'm really afraid of looking completely different. But! (This may sound so silly and I'm sorry if it does) I recently saw one of those plastic surgery of celebs videos where they go over surgeries celebs have probably had but it's so miniscule you wouldn't notice. I thought yes! This is what I want. To keep my same nose shape but just slightly shrink it overall. Where, for an example, if an old friend were to see you, they'd think you looked better but wouldn't be able to put their finger on why?

Is this even possible? Anyone have rhinoplasty to do this? Sorry for the long post and Thank you!
