Alternatives to Buce Plant

Are there any other stores that is similar to Buce Plant? I ordered from them recently a few plants and a filter but the shipment was delivered to the wrong address / lost and they are telling me to wait 3 weeks before providing a solution.

I liked the idea of being a Buce customer purely because most of the things I want is on one website instead of going to different sites to purchase. I'm looking for an alternative that has similar options

I think I was just upset about their turnaround time for a resolution. All in all stepping away from the situation and looking at it from their perspective I think they did the best that they could to give me a proper resolution. I will try again at a later time and hopefully get a better experience. In terms of a "negative" experience I would give it a 4/5 stars only because they gave a longer turn around time for resolution but today was the day they promised to provide one and they delivered on that promise at least.
