7 weeks in now on my neck??

Help!!! Anyone else with red bumps like this?? 7 weeks in. Overall seemed to be improving. Then today I woke up with these pimple like spots on my neck. Started before bed and I put pimple patches on them but it’s definitely not pimples. But this looks different from other areas on my body. It looks like a white head but does not pop.
