Do certified pilates instructors in Metro Manila earn monthly salaries or do they earn per student/per class?

Hi all! I hope it’s to post a salary-related question on here. Ayaw ko kasi ma-lowball ng potential employers haha

1) Do certified pilates instructors in the PH earn per student also (here in HK kasi parang 60% of earning per class goes to the studio, 40% goes to the instructor) or monthly salary ba ang bayaran? If monthly salary, what would a good starting expected salary be? 2) How are the benefits? Meron ba akong aasahan apart from government mandated ones? 3) Any tips for rocking my auditions huhuhu kasi sobrang kinakabahan ako :(

Bit of a backstory: I currently work in Hong Kong and I’ve just completed my pilates certification course. Had to get an extra part time job to help pay for my certification course 🫠 Zero teaching experience here but I have been practicing pilates since 2019 na din. Anyway, I need to come back to Manila soon to help take care of my aging parents and grandparents. I’m interested in teaching pilates full time when I get there.
