Ayala sales blitz in BGC

Running into these street sellers of condos is pretty normal at high st and near Meridien, but yesterday it was something else. While walking for 30 minutes I encountered no less than 10 group of sales people all handing out their fliers to overpriced condos.

They must be really struggling to offload these condos. Can’t imagine who pays 50m pesos for a shoebox 3 bedroom condo.
