Bank account for a working teen

I just started working, but I don't have a bank account yet. I'm 15 now so I'll have no account fees on my teen account, however, I want a bank that'll grow with me and be useful in the long run. Will any bank do? Should I just the one with the most branches in my city? Any recommendations?

PS. I tried to make an account online with RBC but it kept giving me an error when I went to submit my info. Also they kept trying to get me to sign up for a "high interest savings account" and the "avion program". Why are there so many accounts? It's so confusing, I just want a credit card and somewhere to keep my money :/
