What triggers banks into giving me Line of Credit offers ?

I'm with RBC bank for over 10+ years (I'm 31) and Scotia for about 2 years. Scotia has offered my LOC, but I have yet to receive any offer from RBC other than a CC offer that was given to me 8 years ago. I have no balance in my RBC CC, I've used them and paid them off. I didn't miss any minimum payments but there were plenty of times when I didn't pay the balance in full(this was around pandemic times). I have yet to get any LOC offers from RBC, nor CC increase.

What generally triggers banks to offer LOC ? My paycheque is directly attached to Scotia and I just etransfer my spending budget for the month for leisure (food, drinks, gas, outings, amazon purchases and etc) to RBC.

What can I do to get RBC to give me LOC offers ? I also don't want to apply for one, I just want them to just offer me lol.
