Could i get banned for circumvention even if I wasn't banned?

Making a channel with active warning: is it ok or it's circumvention?

So ive got a warning on my channel but I don't wanna start a new channel for this,i wanna start fresh bcs on this one i made lots of mistakes like i privated and deleted every video and i changed topics 4 times and I've got a warning for harmful and deceptive pratices . i started new channel with different email and phone number

my concern was that i would be flagged for circumvention even tho I've only got a first time community guidelines warning and the email stated that it doesn't have any consequences on my channel. does anyone know if it's safe to make a new channel and post there even with an active warning or should i wait for the warning to expire? (25 April )
