My flow treeeeesss!!

I’ve been trying to water my flow trees from near far farther nearer round and round for three weeks but they’re bugged. Tried picking them up to re plant them and nothing works they’re just not thirsty and won’t grow. Is anyone else having the same problem or is palia sending me a bubliminal msg to take a break from the game ? :(
