Federal to State - Salary

Hello,

I am looking into PA state jobs, as I’m (for now) a federal employee. Will the state of PA match salary or time off that feds have?

Probably a long-shot, but figured I’d ask. I’ve seen other threads that indicated that it’d be unlikely.
