Problem with PS1 game

A couple of days ago I bought "CTR: Crash Team Racing" in the store, but after re-downloading it 3 times and asking ChatGPT for help, I still can't find it in the XMB menu thus can't play it...

Edit: I have a HEN enabled console not sure if that's related or not??
