Any tipid recommendations/tips for first time PC builder?

new pc builder here!! Any suggestions po regarding my build? Ang important po kasi sakin ung CPU kaya po iyan na ung balak ko kunin. pero if there's suggestions pa po, feel free to sub it. mostly 2nd hand po yung mga items
