PCOS turned Ovarian Cancer?

Hi! I’m 30 and obese. Just want to ask if may gantong cases po kayong alam? Since HS kasi, diagnosed na ako na may PCOS, I’ve had my fair share of taking pills pero I stopped a year after since di ganon kaganda effect sa’kin. Kahit pag take ng iron, nasusuka ako (this was almost 15 years ago) 🥹 December 2024, nagstart ako uminom ng PureForm inositol and berberine, grabe yung lakas ng mens ko. Like, 1 month straight halos ngayong January even when I had my period for a month din ng November. I was thinking na ganto na yung normal cycle ko and naka condition ako na this is my “normal” however, I was told by a friend na magpacheck kasi may kakilala sya na may PCOS pero it turned out na may ovarian cancer na rin… (screenshots are from my tracking app). Tbh, takot ako magpatingin dahil sa mga judgmental and nakakawala ng confidence na mga OB. Hirap na hirap ako papayat kahit na mag 10k, magtanggal ng sugar, 8hr sleep, etc..
