If I’m not obese would I be able to receive mounjaro?

I’m 5’3” and 165lbs which puts me at around bmi 28. My A1C is a 5.2 so not a concern at all, but my cholesterol is high, as are my triglycerides. I had a friend who was similar to me although slightly heavier who went on mounjaro for a year and saw great success and lost over 50lbs and has kept the weight off over the past year since stopping. I’m currently taking spironolactone daily as well as hormonal birth control and I’m still rapidly gaining weight despite a low carb diet and constant exercise.
