Will iRL relationships effect season 4 storyline?

Is there a chance we will see fewer Kiara and JJ scenes in season 4 due to some rumor drama? The main reason I’m asking is we did see way less of Sarah and John B together after the IRL breakup. Just asking and thinking out loud hope I’m wrong
