Why do people love Anora?

I did a similar post about Wicked recently and really appreciated all of the replies - while I personally wasn’t impressed with the movie and didn’t get the hype, I can now understand much better why so many others loved it. So I wanted to ask the same question about another movie that I have no issue with, but also didn’t love as much as so many others seem to do: Anora.

I‘m not looking to argue with anybody or tell them they’re wrong - taste is subjective and if you loved the movie, I‘m happy for you. I personally liked it but tbh I never expected it to get nominated for an Oscar, much less win Best Picture, as it probably will now. But most people seem to disagree with me, so I would be curious about your opinion - what was it about Anora that made the movie stand out for you, and why do you think it deserves to win the Oscar?

(PS people under my last post asked me what movies I would rather like to see nominated/ win but I‘m hesitant to answer that because I don’t want you to explain to me why Anora is better in comparison to a specific movie; I‘d rather like to know why you loved it when you first watched it.)
