Today was all men at Vespers?

Hello everyone,

Today (Wednesday) at Vespers, I only saw men for Vespers. The interesting thing is that I have been going to Divine Liturgy and Vespers almost every day for the past week. Every single time, the vast majority are women and maybe 2-3 other men for Vespers. For Divine Liturgy during the weekday, most are women and a few men. But again, today was only men. Was today, Wednesday July 24 a holiday in the Orthodox Church, Russian Church?

As per usual, I thank you in advance. I don't speak Russian and I haven't found anyone who can speak English at a level that I can really get answers. This is why I came here. Again thank you.
