Shadow R2 L2 not working

Have anyone tried using Odin with Shadow? I have my games over there so I can play everywhere with my mods etc, works like a charm and was exited to get my Odin and use my VPC to play some games sadly the left joystick up down dont work (down works like RT) So is there a way for shadow to send the actual RT RL inputs and make my left joystick up and down to not be RT?
