Oculus Link not working

ok so my ability to link from my quest 2 to my pc was perfectly fine. Until for someone reason one day I tried to and I would just get the loading screen for a brief moment and then it would throw me out. I have no idea why this is happening. Should mention if I try to do the link again two more times I will just get the loading screen endlessly
