Cant save avatar

I cant seem to save my avatar, i just keep getting the same avatar whenever i load my save with changes

All the other things including Ships , Bases etc are saved

Things i have done trying

1 Saving normally 2 trying save point 3 trying bases save and frieghter save 4 restarting the game 5 verifying the files 6 reinstalling the game (plus deleted the left over files in the folder for a fresh start)

Anything i do related to my avatar isnt saved while other does
