Girls, where do you buy your make up from? Affordable options pls

i'm thinking of buying basic make up stuffs. I literally have whatever mom had since like 7 years. But I'm just a student so I need affordable recommendationss. Good mascara? Any eye liner you recommend? Also good brownish- tinted lipglosses or lipsticks? I thought of buying it from random shops from Suraj Arcade or Mangalbazaar but honestly thought about how it might affect my skin lol. Pls keep them under 2kish. Also what do you usually style your hair from? I straightened my hair once and since then I've literalllyyy never touched my hair 😭 So i need to learn to style it too. Thankyouu
