That one anime with the "girl from space"

It was a old anime serie about this girl with long green hair, orange horns, wearing a orange bra and underwears with black stripes (more like a "tiger" pattern idk) and basically there was this boy who fallen in love with her and tried to see her big tiddies in every way but she also had a older brother that would protect her. She has powers because shes like a sort of alien from space so she can fly from what I remember. I also remember she had a pet but im not sure.
