Kurogiri Gamma

I may sound stupid for asking it, but is there any way to force cancel the gamma early without needing to teleport or spam attacks? It's become increasingly annoying for me to enter gamma, fly somewhere only for a teammate to go down and me be unable to help them as I shoot out betas to burn the timer.
