Cooler Master MP510 Lover, now it's out of stock! What next?

I like high friction control pads. My favorite mousepad for a long time was the Zowie G-SR. Eventually I tried the Cooler Master MP510 and fell in love. The high friction, "scratchy" cordura fabric quickly became my favorite and FPS gaming felt more accurate for me although it's not for everyone. Sadly, the successor the MP511 was too fast for my tastes and didn't age well with use like the MP510.

Now that it's becoming increasingly hard to find the MP510, is there any other mousepad out there that can give me an equal or similar experience? Thank you for any suggestions.
