Light weight "ergo mouse"

I have 17x10 hand. I currently use xtrfy m4 and would like something similiar. I like to have my pinky on mouse. Something that i would like to change on my m4 is that i would like rounder this part of mouse (blue) and little higher mid part(red). Plz recommend some mouses that are somewhat safe shaped becuese i wont probably have posibility to test those before buying.
