Assistance Needed with Lamzu Maya X Grey Mouse Dongle Issue

I recently purchased the Lamzu Maya X Grey mouse a few days ago, but I only had the chance to try it today. Unfortunately, I'm unable to get it to work with the dongle, no matter what I try. I would appreciate your help with this issue.

Here’s a description of the problem I’m facing: It seems like the dongle is not being recognized by my computer. To pair the mouse, I press the left, right, and middle buttons simultaneously until the orange light comes on, then plug in the dongle. As soon as I plug in the dongle, the orange light on the mouse goes off, but the mouse doesn’t work. The mouse works fine when connected via the cable, but it doesn’t respond wirelessly.

I’ve even tried reformatting my computer, but the problem persists. Before formatting, I also attempted to download and install the latest updates from Lamzu’s website for the mouse, but the dongle was still not recognized.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.
