Anyone familiar with betterworldbooks?

I'm from Agadir. I want to buy books online and i came across this website " betterworldbooks". Shipping is free but tracking is not included. I wanna ask if someone has experience with purchasing a book from them. How did u receive it? Via Amana or what? Did they call ? I have 0 experience with international shopping.
