Discovering Tangier/Morocco

Hi! My name is Alex and I am going to spend a month in Tangier during which I will be cooperating with a NGO. I'd like to know some go-to places to visit in the city and outskirts and was wondering if the community could help me with that. Also if there are interesting social events happening in the city. I'm also open to meeting in person if someone is interested.

Also I am learning french so if you for your part are interested in practicing german, spanish or english we can do that.
