Wtf is going on with Community Chests

I used to routinely get 70-80% of my friend tiles when opening my daily community chest.

Lately I’m lucky if I get 3 or 4 of them before landing on a duplicate tile that opens the chest with limited (and lousy) rewards.

Am I crazy? Is anyone else experiencing this too? It’s super frustrating and, combined with the increased prices for bundles, makes me want to blow off the game entirely.
