Any idea if this exists?

So I was looking at the 9" 7 in 1 high leverage pliers and I noticed in the little picture (sorry for quality, pic is from Google) the pliers looks like it has the Romex stripper but the pliers itself just has wire strippers. I'm interested in the romex stripper style but cannot find it anywhere. Also why put this on the packaging if it's a tool that doesn't exist. Any help finding this would be appreciated.
