edge-dev 93.0.957.0: Changing PWA icon

I was told from numerous sites that this dev build allows changing PWA icon but I can't seem to find how exactly to do that. App list only shows apps and delete icon and no change icon option to be seen

running edge-dev 93.0.957.0 under linux btw
