OFFERS From the same buyer situation

Yesterday I woke up to 6 offers and they were by the same buyer. I made a bundle listing for them so they would save on shipping costs. I sent an email saying I did this and then they didn't buy it. Should I have just accepted all six offers and shipped them separately? (It saved her almost $20 in shipping by me making the bundle for her) I'm confused because I did the price she offered. What do other sellers in this situation do? Thanks for the advice.
