Trojan Bitcoin Miner reappears a few seconds after malwarebytes realtime protection quarantines it.
I installed a sketchy program last night and put it in VirusTotal like I normally do with sketchy programs, and it came back with zero detections (in retrospect the reason it did is it was probably just an installer). I opened the exe and a cmd prompt came up for like half a second then closed. I thought oh i definitely have a virus. I opened task manager and found several programs with random letters as names (ie. fKDjfLIsdjfnsd.exe), found my search engine was changed to search-CDN and you know just classic malware symptoms. I download malwarebytes premium trial and scan my system, sure enough it had 40-50 detections(i forgot). I thought just delete them all and all is well right? Wrong. This same file did the same exact thing its doing now, then stopped after like 30 mins. So I went on with my internet surfing and computing and whatnot, when around 15 mins ago i get the popup yet again. And again. And again. I spam close as fast as i can and they just keep on coming. Every five seconds or so this file appears again, just for malware bytes to quarantine. I used the tool TCPView to see my internet traffic, as the file may be being reinstalled by some program, but no unusual traffic there, even with wifi off, the file just keeps reappearing. Help me
