Sookshmadarshini - Udumb scenes

I want to watch Sookshmadarshini, but the wife is terrified of lizards. I caught glimpses of it in the trailer so told her not to watch it, but it seems like a good movie.

Without spoiling too much, how bad are these udumb scenes? Could she just look away for a few seconds and not miss too much plot, or do they keep appearing randomly throughout the movie?
