Performance issues with Mafia II definitive edition (PS4)

does anyone else have any significant performance problems on ps4/Pro? The game stutters constantly in cutscenes and while playing. In addition, since I restarted, I have a 2k watermark in the top right corner that no longer disappears. I'm pretty disappointed with the remaster
