Anyone else having trouble competing the 99 RoH sets?

Finally got my 98 will shields and Priest Holmes for the Tony Gonzalez and it keeps kicking me from the game saying servers are unavailable, tried this with every set and got kicked from the game as well, sold my 97 ovr wr for Jerry Rice and I can't even redeem it 😕
