What to prefer after shifa??

My merit is not enough for shifa, whats the next best option in the twin cities. Please i need genuine guidance. Imdc and ASMC is a good hour drive and ripah is a 40 min drive, but i want to prefer a uni with a strong alumni connection, good hospital and also a somewhat fun environment. Whats the best option in the rwp/isl area?
