Need Advice: Where did I go wrong ?

I graduated from a Tier 1 college with a strong academic record (CGPA: 8.5/8.7/8.5). Total work ex 3.6 yrs. Professionally, I led operations and product development at a startup, building and scaling an entire business vertical to $250K in revenue while managing a cross-functional team of seven members. The startup operated in the US, providing me with global exposure. Six months ago, I launched my own startup, developed an MVP, and have since begun marketing and branding efforts. While it shows strong potential, I'm feeling a bit demotivated currently.

I recently scored 705 on the GMAT (FE) and aimed for admission to M7 schools in R2, but I haven't received any interview invites yet. I wonder if the lack of a strong brand name on my resume might be affecting my chances. I'm now considering joining an MBB or a tech company to build a more recognizable profile before reapplying maybe in R1 this year.

Would this be a strategic move, or are there alternative pathways you suggest? I'd appreciate any advice.
