Can anyone explain pre-MBA MBB programs?
So I’ve been researching this and there is very very little information online. What I’ve been able to gather so far:
McKinsey Inspire: Selection based off Solve and resume. If you get selected, you attend a couple webinars and have a guaranteed early interview. - How early is early? Could hurt more than help.
Bain BASE: Selection based off resume, then one round of two case interviews. If you get in, you go to Washington for a one-week internship, and if you don’t mess that up you automatically get a summer offer.
BCG Empower: Selection based off Pymetrics and resume. How the program links to the summer internship I haven’t been able to find this information anywhere.
McK and BCG programs are apparently linked to the standard pre-MBA programs (which are just informational webinars) and you have to do both. Bain’s program is independent.
Anyone that can explain these more in-depth / fill the gaps?
